As a valued subscriber, you have the exclusive benefit of exchanging your season tickets for any other regular subscription performance for the same season at no charge. Exchanges will be made in the same price as your original tickets whenever possible. However, if we are only able to exchange your tickets by seating you in a lower price category, we will be unable to refund the difference.
TICKETS MUST BE RECEIVED AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE THE DATE OF YOUR ORIGINAL PERFORMANCE.
EXCHANGE IN PERSON Exchange your tickets in person at the Joffrey Box Office (10 E. Randolph) or the Auditorium Theatre Box Office (50 E. Congress Parkway, between Michigan and Wabash Avenues), Monday through Friday from noon until 6:00 P.M.
EXCHANGE BY PHONE Call 312.386.8905. Secure seats for you new date by phone, then bring your old ticket to will call the day of the new show.
EXCHANGE BY MAIL If you are unable to visit the box office in person, simply download, print, and complete the Ticket Exchange/Add-On Form. Return the form along with your tickets to:
