Rental and Staffing Fees
$2,500* per studio
$175 Administrative and Facility Coordinator
*includes five hours for event, three hours for load-in, setup and load-out
Capacity
Studio A: 170 seated/200 reception
Studio B: 150 seated/175 reception
Studio C: 120 seated/150 reception
Floor Capacity: 300
General Information
- Time restrictions may apply to all studio rentals
- Additional staff labor, cleaning and security charges may apply
- 50% of rental fee due with signed contract
- Balance, refundable security deposit and Facility Coordinator fee due 90 days prior to event date
- Rental fees are subject to change without notice
